Cooldown monitor?

Trying to find a mod that announces when an ability is ready. I used to have one so I know it's out there but have no idea what it is.. oCD? *shrugs* And not the announcement that SCT gives that only tells you when you procced an ability; something that says "Shield Slam is up", "Shield Block is up" etc. etc.

Ive been using the combo of Cooldowntimers and Sorren's timers for those things. Nice and configurable and will do what your looking for.

Quartz and SmartBuffs also make a good combination.

If you want to know when an buff is expiring you can always pick up CTMOD Buffmod
