Site registration no longer required to download

Due to popular demand, we've opened up the downloads to un-registered users. We will be monitoring our bandwidth usage, and if it gets too insanely crazy due to hot-linking or some such, we will review it at that time. However, for now, you no longer need to be registered with the site in order to download files. Posting on the forums, creating a list of your favorite addons, etc. still require registration, as do most other sites.

Other changes to the site to try to make it more user friendly, and to give it a bit of "sprucing up" are in the works as well.
