Raid profile keybound

Occasionally i want to change the way my raid frames look like. E.g. hide / show some groups, classes, sometimes individual players.
I am using "header single" window for my raid frames right now. It allows me to show / hide groups and classes.

Is there any way to show/hide individual players from raid frame?
Also is there any way to make changes to raid frame happen on a keybinding? Possible with some sort of slash command or /script macro?
