Bartender 4 trouble

Everything was going smoothly But after I had to do a force exit Bartender is not showing up anymore.

Here is the error that I was able to copy. The problem is that bartender is not showing up. Every other add-on is working fine. My skill are usable (as I am not a clicker) but I like to see CD's and time left on skills. Anyway to get this fixed?

Update.

It appears to only be on 1 realm. When I logged into my alliance toon on a different realm I was able to see my bars.
