Apologies if I missed this somewhere, I have not had any luck finding what I'm looking for. Is it possible to set up Carbonite for one toon and then save the profile and use it with all my toons? Lots of addons have that feature, am I missing it somewhere within Carbonite?

The Prfiles get saved automatically. You can load them in the Settings on the Reset Page.

Ooooor...

You could open the Warehouse, right click the character you want as a baseline, and choose to export those settings to ALL your characters.
