I'm looking for the mod that this guy might be using to skin his frames. And, also, possibly what the broker bar he's using that seems to be able to be built into his panels.

Ah, I see. Thanks. Is there any addon that potentially could skin frames like that? Or, more likely, I'm assuming having to code it yourself.

You could do that with most of the big unit frame addons. It all comes down to the amount of work you want to put in to messing around with them.

Stuf Unit Frames
Pitbull 4

Not to mention the numerous Tuk UI edits floating around out there. You might find one you like. Just search Tuk in the addons search.
