Objectives (on screen) not working right

I'm talking about the Objectives list in the top left of the screen. Shows up to ten achievements that are being tracked. Well mine shows that supposedly 9 are being tracked but doesn't display anything beyond that. The hide/unhide arrow does nothing. Won't show me what 9 achieves it thinks it's tracking. I can't find any flagged in the achieve window either.

Any idea how to clear the list so I can track achieves as normal?
