Searching for an addon

Hey everyone.

After a 2yr vacation from WoW, I am currently back and trying to find some things.

Back when I was playing, I had an UI, that when it spotted a rare mob, would make a sound and tell me that Such and Such rare mob has been spotted.

I've searched here and can't seem to find what I am looking for, anyone have any ideas?
