I recently stumbled across this earlier today on another website, and immediately fell in love with it. However, when asking around no one could tell me what addons were in the picture, or how to create a similar effect.

So, I figured the next best place would be to ask around here. Any idea what addons are being used in that, or, how to create something close to it?

I do recognize that UI from this site... but I cannot remember the name. I'll dig around a bit and see if I can come up with anything.

Thanks guys. That zul ui one seems to be the closest, so I'm gonna mess around with it and see if I can get it close.
