PvP Trinket Cooldown Watch on Nameplates

Title pretty much says it all.

Is there any addon out there that'll act a bit like Tidy Plates and tag an icon onto a nameplate if a player's PvP trinket is on cooldown?

I realize until perhaps 5.3 there's no way to gather buff/debuff/CD data on non-targets unless you at least mouseover them, but I'm only really concerned about my target.

U have tried Vialcooldowns?
im not sure,but im thinging vialcooldown supports what u need.

And shows cooldowns even if u targeting or if u are out of range
