Quest tracking problem

So, I almost got my UI where I want it to be again, besides this one thing.

When I track a quest, it works fine, the problem starts when I try to track a second one. It sais I'm already tracking the maximum amount of allowed quests, wich is not possible since it's only one I'm tracking. I can track any quest I want, as long as it's just one.

Now I tried turning off all add ons, and I could track normally again, so I did the progress of elimination, by turning on each add on on and check if it's working or not ( tried each add on seperatly ). Only when nUi is enabled I got that problem.

Any ideas?

None at all as nUI doesn't do anything with the quest tracking frame except give it a location on screen.

Anyone else having this issue?

That message appears if the frame where the quests/achievements/timers isn't long enough to hold at least 1 of each type.

I'm not in game at the moment but when I was testing this on the PTR I recall an option where you could make the transparency less so and the frame resizable. Either its by right clicking on the tracker frame itself somewhere or in the interface settings to handle advanced tracking settings. If memory serves you could track quite a few quests and achievements easily as long as there is room for all 3 types of tracking items.

Oke, I did some testing with the advanced tracking, and the current workaround that works temporarly is to turn off nUI, turn off advanced tracking. Then track more then one quest, turn on advanced tracking, log off, turn on nUI and log back in. Then you need to turn on disable mouseover and that fixes it.

Hmm, I don't remember doing all that. When I log in next I'll check it out.

I was having this problem too, and I had also narrowed it down to nUI which was confusing because I knew that all nUI did was let you move the quest tracker. So, as suggested by Xrystal, I enabled Advanced Objectives Tracking in the Blizzard Interface Options - Objectives menu, unchecked Disable Mouseover, and resized the frame until it was quite big, then rechecked Disable Mouseover. And now it works just fine.
