Staff position suggestion: Portal Coach

I could benefit from individualized coaching on using the "portal".

One problem with the portals is that a lot of authors do not make full use of them, some do not have them turned on. Thus, users are discouraged from portal use.

Would any of you, authors, benefit from coaching on portal usage and implantation
