Leatrix Latency Fix. Cannot Install?

Hello there, Everytime i try to Install I get this Error(See Below), And I Have no Idea what going on.

Ive got Windows net4 Installed, Ive Fixxed my WMI. What else could it be? :P

I'm no expert but you could always try removing and re-installing Dot_Ne, it's possible it's corrupt.
