error and minimap

after patch 3.1 it has been a chaos with all my addons.
i fixed the chaos (well, didn't get a 5 page error message anymore :P) but now with the new nUI+ i get the error again.
i decided to only load nUI and then i got the minimap in the wrong place, and a error (see image)
also WoW says that nUI is out of date, and therefore only decides to load it when i check "load out of date mods".
when i load all mods i get a 5 page error again, and the minimap somehow doesn't go where it belongs.
