BarSwitch

I've updated BarSwitch to v1.1 today.

- Changed slash command to /bsw to avoid conflicts with Merphle's BankStatement
- Added ability to save settings across multiple characters.

Note: With the new update you'll have to /rl once in game with each character in order for the initial settings to be saved to your config file, otherwise you might start getting errors whenever you enter and leave combat about null values and such.
