World Map - ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED

Finally managed to get the taint for this issue. It happens completely at random. Once it happens, if you open your world map it only shows a tiny bit in the top left hand corner

BTW the current 'fix' for this is to just roll your scrollwheel up/down. This will reset the position.

I was just about come here and post about this error. I guess I'm not the only one it's happening to, which makes me glad.
