Additional display options for SecureGroupHeaders

When using SecureGroupHeaders with the "groupBy" attribute, it would be nice to have the option to add small gaps between the individual groups. This would improve the clarity of the display and one could add small headlines above each group in these gaps.
An option to always sort the player to the first position of his respective group (be it a normal numbered group or a class group) and possibly his group to the first position of all groups would also be nice. So one can always look at the same position on the screen to find oneself in the raid display.
