Looking for recommendations for loot handling addon

Our guild is using loot council method and are relatively happy with it, but there are some quirks that could be improved with suitable addon. I've gone through many dkp/lootbid/loot whisper addons but havent found one that I like yet. So the question is: is there an addon I could ask the raiders in guild to install which would do all/most of these things?

- list loot recieved to the raid
- have a timer to check in answers
- select need/greed/pass/user configurable options for each item dropped
- display the full table of who clicked what to set user/channel (usually officers)
