oUF Perfect ( or Perfect 2 ) : Raid Targets clickable ?

I discovered oUF recently and I admit it is the bomb.
I'm using a mix of Nivaya and Perfect?
I almost got exactly what I want, I already made some LUA modifications here and there but still, I cannot wrap my brain around how to get a clickable raid target.

In Perfect, using tags, the target Name and symbol ( if there is one ) is displayed next to the party/raid member.

I cannot see how I could get a transparent frame below this name that would change my target to this one when clicked.

Any idea is welcomed while I keep digging

Basically I'm trying to get :
[Bar With Party/Raid Member][Hidden Bar with Party/Raid member Target]

When I click on the one on the left, I got them as target.
When I click on the one "hidden" behind the target, I set my target to this one.

Maybe the "hidden" stuff is not necessary and there is a way to make a text/tag/name "clickable"

When I used Perfect I had clique set to assist unit when I click on them with the middle mouse button.
