Too many things going wrong

Carb just isn't working almost at all with the patch.

Mousing over the carb map doesn't highlight zones, making it unable to navigate at all.
Icons such as guild position and tracked waypoints stay in one place on screen even when dragging the map around, making it impossible to know where they actually are in the world.
GoTo's don't work at all. No arrow shows up, and looking on the max map there are ant trails everywhere (except where they should be).

I'm not having any of these issues. All the things you described seem to be working fine for me in 3.1. The only issue I can see right now is the map tiles in Icecrown and Dragonblight.

Does this still happen with all other addons disabled?
