"Examiner" problem

i know some of you familiar with the addon called Examiner
my problem is that everytime i try to inspect my own character theres nothing showing on the PVP tab and talents tab where it should reflect my characters PVP details / arena team details and talents--- this only happened to me since switch to updated examiner.

already deleted my WTF folder and did clean install of examiner and still thesame problem persist!
