macaroon xtras is downloading old version

Macaroon Xtras was updated on 11-3-08 with version 30000.12 - but for some reason, despite the page still reporting this version, when you go to download it, the version you actually get is 30000.11

I read in one of the threads that the .12 version is *still* here somewhere, but that admins have not yet approved it.

Is that true?

Nothing in the file queue. We approve mods within a matter of minutes usually, and if it won't be approved for whatever reason the author is contacted. I don't know who told you that it's sitting somewhere because we can't be bothered to approve it, but that's flatly untrue.

looks like the author forgot to attach the new file when they tried to update. He/She only updated the description and version. Not much we can do about that.
