Not sure if I'm just missing something

But I can't find a way to resize the quest tracker 'to do list'

The only thing I can find to change the size is "scale" which also changes the height and font size, which I'm not looking to do.

Is there a menu item where I can specify the max height/width? Because right now it's HUGE on my screen, taking up a bit too much room

You can make it scrollable, and then there's a little table in the lower right corner that lets you resize it to your liking.

The "make it scrollable" is in the options somewhere, I think. Right click for the options menu

Clicking the top left button on the watch list title bar lets you change max visible and using the "Options..." from that menu takes you directly to that option page.
