PTR testing

Hi, I'm getting an unusual look on the target and player frames using oUF and oUF Lyn on the PTR as of 2/20.

Note the right side of both frames, the health and power text seem to extend/overlap.

Also, when on a DK, the power bar is filled on login/reload ui. Performing a Horn of Winter or something like that corrects the display. edit: to clarify, when you are at zero RP, the bar is incorrectly displaying as "full" (and also has the graphical bug of extending past the expected border of the power bar).
