script help with macaroon and/or kgpanels

i'm trying to set up my macaroon action bars to always show in combat and only on mouse-over when out-of-combat. that doesn't quite work with the current macaroon options (mouse-over supersedes combat) i am wondering if the custom option would let me add a script to achieve this, and if not, a script that could accomplish this with kgpanels. i am terrible at writing these myself, so if anyone could please please help me i would very much appreciate it =D
