can anybody tell me a good add-on that moves the damage and other stuff shown above the enemies head and puts it on the side of either your toon or the enemy?

Mik's Scrolling Battle Text, SCT Damage, XCT Damage...

Those are just to name a few. MSBT is the most customizable that will give you exactly what you're looking for.
