Help with latency?

Recently I've been experiencing some horrible major latency problems. I never had a problem with latency in my whole time of playing WoW. I'm not sure what it is but when I am just running around, my character will keep going in that direction for like 2-3 more seconds. And I'm not even pressing anything to make him do that. Could this be a virus or what that is doing this? I looked at my latency on my bar and it was green. Please help! This has been happening for about 2 days now, and I'm already annoyed by it

could it be a cordless mouse/keyboard doing this, flat battery or something like that?
