LFMod that shows info when scrolled over npc/player instead of lower right

When you scroll over the player wow ui shows info in the lower left of the screen, I am looking for a mod to show npc/pc info over top of what I am scrolling over.

I find it a PIA to have to adjust my eyes when I scroll over things, people.

Any help or suggestions on a good mod would be awesome.

Not TipBuddy. It hasn't been updated for 2.0 and all buggy now.

I've been using TipBuddy since TBC Beta and it works just as good as it always has. TinyTip is nice too; just depends what you like more.
