Lag only on DKs

Lately I've been experiencing some major lag.. but only on my death knights.. One on Azuremyst and one on Durotan, both with the same name; Lást.

The lag only occurs in combat with large groups, it's very spiky, causes sound to bug out.. If I have itunes playing, the song will stutter.

I disabled most of the "I don't really need that" and "maybe that's what's causing the lag" addons, and managed to get a VERY slight improvement.

I'm just hoping somebody can help me figure out the issue by glancing at this, so I don't have to disable each addon individually, testing on aoe mobs between each reload.
