Fel Armor not generating a CLEU-event?

I need a sanity-check. Am I imagining things or doesn't the Warlock armor buff Fel Armor generate a SPELL_AURA_APPLIED/REMOVED CLEU-event anymore?

I'm using 28176 as ID, as given by Wowhead. It works with Demon Armor (ID 687). Dumping UnitBuff("player", "Fel Armor") in-game also gives 28176. But I can't for the life of me catch any CLEU for it. It worked just fine before 4.0.3a.

Any ideas?

Appears like it's a glitch with the spell, it's not firing the CLEU event at all.
