CowTip replacement: suggestions needed!

Right, so it seems my time with CowTip has come to an end... so now I'm turning to the most knowledgeable crew I know (yes, that's an insidious plan to make you feel all warm and fuzzy and helpful).

CowTip was a great addon. I used it for the sole purpose of having spell tooltips on the middle right of my screen, and world objects (including players, if I recall correctly) anchored to my mouse pointer.

Anyone know of an addon other than CowTip that does this?

More suggestions are still appreciated, I'm always looking to improve my selection of modules.

I was just going to suggest Tip Tac myself. I've been using it for a while and love it.
