Dumping console variables

Does anyone know where to get the latest CVar list?

The most recent one I know of is this one, but it's not for patch 7.2

There are instructions for extracting them, but I have trouble following them and the math/tools involved

(edit) TheDanW mentioned that patch 7.3.0 will provide script API to query all console commands (including cvars)
