Masterloot helper addon search

Hello!
I'm looking for an addon to help deal with rolling (ms, os) and raid rolls. I've seen it work in PUG, but forgot to ask the name. Basically what it did was - link all the loot, then announce rolling for item (ms, if no rolls countdown and os), capture all rolls and declare winner. With raid roll it listed each person with assigned number and then did the roll and declared winner.
There was probably other addon I'm interested in too - I was in GDKP run and addon handled the bidding - announced item, starting bid, bidding, then announce winner and sum.
Can anyone tell the names of addons that do this or something similar. I don't need DKP, mostly want to use in PUGs, and almost all loot helping addons I found deal with DKP.

This one doesn't declare winners, so it's probably not the exact same addon, but I use XLoot and XLootMaster. XLoot provides a replacement loot frame, with a link in the corner to link all the loot to the chat frame of your choice. XLootMaster is an extension to XLoot, and provides very easy access to link loot one at a time with a preset message calling for rolls, and will track legitimate rolls for you too. Like I said earlier though, it doesn't announce the winners for me. (Or is that just because I've never turned that option on before? I don't know) Good luck
