Carbonite minimap button window problem

I have many addons and before the new carbonite update it was working fine. Now in the minimap button window i have many of the minimap buttons for my addons and they are all duplicates of different addons. I've tried deleting WTF folder and uninstalled the Carbonite addon and reinstalled it, but still the same problem. Anyone know how to fix or what is going on?
