I've just finished the installation of the Chega UI, following precisely the instructions.
But, when I do the command line, nothing happened.
no modifications, no changes, nothing.
And I don't know what to do in my add-on folder, in game, to have exactly the same interface.

I am not familiar with the UI you named, but in general:

1. Please provide a link to the addon/UI you are having trouble with.

2. Many addon/UI authors do not read these forums. Did you try posting your question on the download page for the addon/UI?

I do not use pre-made interfaces (only individual addons configured to my liking, or writing my own addons) so I can only suggest that you browse through the Compilations & Suites categories to find interfaces that are up to date. They all have screenshots so you can see what they look like.

If you really want to use the interface you found, why don't you post a comment on its download page asking for help from its creator?
