Auctioning fees in tooltip

On two of my characters, when you mouse over an item or stack, at the bottom of the tooltip, after the recommended and average prices for that item, the AH deposit and AH fees are automatically displayed.
On another couple, that does not happen... does anyone know what setting is turning off the display of those stats?
Have tried renaming the settings folder, so you get the defaults, and the information is not displayed, so seem to think that there is something that needs to be activated. Have also looked through Auctioneer settings many times and have had no luck, but honestly do not think that is the culprit.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
