Remind missing buff and auto greed / disenchant in dungeons

I am looking for an addon that reminds buff you miss for all classes such as Rogue's poison , Warrior's shout , Lock or Mage's armors or buffs ... etc in the middle of the screen like in Tukui

2nd one is an addon that auto greed / DE if possible green item in 5 mans dungeon

I had this in tukui interface but I stopped using it . Is there an addon that can achieve the same thing

I use Cork for the first. There is also SmartBuff and perhaps one or two others.

For the second, I think I've seen one around, but can't remember what it could have been called.
