Raid marks

Hi,

I been trying to find out if it's possible to make a windows that is populated with who ever has a raid mark be it player or mobs or maybe it's not possible to populate windows in combat?

As long as you don't want the window to "do" anything, it can change in combat (i.e. target the player/mob, etc).
