Chat/Whisper request

I want an addon like cellular, to perform like tabs with my main chat window and combat log. Such as



So that when i click on or hover over whispers, the frame switches to cellular (or w/e tabbed whispering addon can be configured to do this) and when i go back to chat /combat log it hides.

For an update, I have configured KGpanels to do what I want it to do, with the tabs, but I have no way of seeing if I have new whispers without clicking the whispers tab.. Can someone help me with the KGpanels scripting to change alpha of a panel on chat_msg_whisper ?
