Updated Addon Pack
I have uploaded a new updated addon pack. It should be available soon. In addition to having the latest of all the supported addons, it also includes fixes to TinyTip and the armour durability under the character portrait.

I am still investigating the problems with the layering on TrinketMenu and the ContextMenu. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
