Help with health bar, mana bar, etc.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I am new to the forum. When I logged on today I noticed that something had happened to nUI. My health and mana bar are not together, same with my target's bars, and I was wondering if anyone can help me fix this, I don't like it this way, it bothers me. Thank you for your time.

*Edit* I forgot to mention, I tried reloading, reinstalling, trying the new version, and yet still nothing.

See that red button at the top of the screen that says health/power? Click it until it says player/target.
