AltPowerBar

I'm trying to get a heads-up for tonight, when I'll be fighting Atramedes. I'm using ouf_hank, and it does not make a new AltPowerBar. Does that mean the standard AltPowerBar should show? If not, how can I make it show?

The standard player AltPowerBar should show as long as layout doesn't replace it.
