DoT Timer appearing, what is it?

Recently I downloaded Hal's UI, for the most amazing Textures I've ever seen in my life, but with this UI I downloaded a DoT Timer that says Carni_ECB_1 when I
/print ChatFrame1:AddMessage(GetMouseFocus():GetName()) it.

It looks like:

Looks like NaturEnemyCastBars/NaturCombatTimers (new 2.4 name).
