Self Cast

There are probalby a number of mods out there that do this, possibly a way to script one in Discord (don't know enough to make scripts for this myself).

CT_BarMod puts in a simple options wher eyou choose SHIFT, ALT or CTRL as a hold down key to self cast when you mouse click a spell, however that same mod also causes artifact buff icons in the old party frame space.

Good feature for DAB, have self cast where you can choose those keys (or others) as the self cast trigger.

You can use the Discord mod Group Buttons to do this.

Simliar to DUF - you have bars for self, target, friendly target, pet, party pet, party, raid etc....

You can just set up your self bar with the spells you want to self cast, resize the buttons, drag it where you want it, and its done.

DAB also has something similar built in now, but you have to create a script on that bar to do it - havent dug into it because Im such a big fan of GB
