Bottom Action Bar Overlap
When at least one of the action bars is set to be at the bottom of the screen, is it intended to be overlapped by the info panel?

May I ask what the reasoning for that is?

(Curiosity is my fatal flaw... I'd long be dead if I were a cat.)

Edit: Nvm. I see. If the info line background is turned off it looks better at the bottom.
