Carbonite chat frame setting doesn't work quite right.

I have Carbonite configured to output it's chat messages to a different frame but it doesn't work after a UI reload. Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new chat window.
2. Configure Carbonite to output it's messages to that frame.
3. Type /carb and observe that Carbonite correctly outputs to that frame.
4. Type /reload ui.
5. Type /carb and observe that Carbonite DOES NOT output to the correct frame (It outputs to the default frame).
6. Go into options to verify that Carbonite claims the correct frame is chosen when in reality it's using the default frame.

The work-around for this is to choose a different frame in settings and then choose the desired frame again.

TL;DR version: It doesn't appear Carbonite is correctly checking the setting for the user's desired output frame at startup, only when the setting is explicitly changed.
