Paladin holy power UI
Looks pretty good.
  Any ideas as to how you'll implement this in your interfaces or addons? Personally, originally I thought just a single number that goes to 3 and turns red when it's at 3, but seeing this, it'll have to be something more epic. Perhaps something that adds a golden glow around the player frame when you're at 3 stacks. |

I like it. Even though I doubt I will ever see the default frames in game again anyway.

Should be easy enough to edit out the chains (or whatever it is) that's connecting the new bar to the default unitframe, and then move it to somewhere more fitting.
I like how it sparkles when full.
