Any oldschool DogTag "experts" still around?

Hi there. I need an oldschool DogTag script that I cannot figure out.

I'm looking for a DogTag script that will hide my other DogTags while casting a spell.

I have my HP placed right above my unitframes (Outline HP:VeryShort), and it clashes with my castbar when im casting a spell, so if the HP values could be hidden while a spell was cast that would be great.
I know this is a little oldschool, but im hoping its doable
