Tipsy Not working can you help

Does anyone know if thier is a similar add that does the same thing?

Tipsy was a addon that move the mouse over information box.

Sounds like what I used CowTip for.

CowTip, however, doesn't appear to be supported for patch 4.x and beyond, so I've moved on to TipTac, which does the same and much more. Take a look at that one and see if it suits you.
