health and mana bar to the right and left

I'm unsure how to fix this since i does not look like its part of nui problem in program.

My health and mana has always showed up to one side and the person im attacking show up on the other side of my charter . Well now on one of y charter it split my health and and mana to each side of my charter and the person I'm attacking does not show up.

I have tried delete the nui folder and reinstalled it. this does not seem to have any effect.

any one have any idea what I did.
